Description:
The kill command is provided by util-linux, so we remove it from the procps-ng package. However, procps-ng comes with a build option to not compile kill in the first place. This might seem nitpicky and it only saves a second or two, but imho it looks much nicer this way.

The affected version is 3.3.12-1.
