Confirming, Ark doesn't open RAR archives since a few days ago (used to work fine before), rar/unrar are both present. This is the message displayed:

> Ark was not able to open XXXXXXXX.rar. No suitable plugin found.
> Ark does not seem to support this file type.

Downgrading Ark from v16.08.1-1 to v16.08.0-1 does not help, so this might be a frameworks issue.
