Qt translations (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/qt5-translations/) must be installed for layout mirroring to work in KF-based apps (And maybe Qt-based apps)

I don't understand what this is about. qt5-translations contains only translations, I don't see how it can fix anything. Please elaborate.

Qt translations contains a special value that Qt uses to determine weather to mirror or not to mirror the layout.
