Details
The included LaTeX-package xcookybooky with the option
"handwritten" requires a file emerald.sty. This file is not
installed with this package and I couldn't even find it in
the repository nor the aur.
To repuduce try to compile the atached MWE. |

You may choose to download them manually and install them in /usr/local/share/texmf.

The LaTeX bindings are under LPPL and therefor freely distributable, the fonts themselves don't seem to have a free license but are also freely distributable - as long as the .txt files (in the doc folder) are distributed alongside with them.
The "License that prevents distribution" seems to be an error of the CTAN team. I'm trying to get in touch with them to resolve this issue.
But the information regarding distributabillity are stated in the package itselve, so I don't see any problem with packaging it.
