Description: latest linphone version doesn't recognize USB headset. It worked on version 3.9.1-2.

lsusb: Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0d8c:000c C-Media Electronics, Inc. Audio Adapter

Steps to reproduce:

Open linphone, go to preferences, usb headset doesn't show on devices list.

Do you mean that linphone does not use pulseauido? Because of as described it looks alsa/pulseaudio problem but not linphone.

I don't know exactly. On mixer it show the USB headset: https://img42.com/5CfbK

Try to use pulseaudio in linphone and switch audio device using for example pavucontrol.

It worked. I just don't understand why the headset adapter doesn't show anymore on Linphone, but I'll just use PulseAudio like you told me. Thanks.

I think it is feature not a bug, you choose audio output system and set it up using own tools.
