DetailsThe xfce4-power-manager functions perfectly well without the panel. Could the dependency please be made optional, for people who use other panels/task managers than xfce4-panel? It seems tricky to really disable when installed. It keeps starting up even though I disable it from ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-session.xml.
