gnome-calendar 3.20.3-1

There seems to be no way to add events to my calendar in the afternoon anymore. If I try to add a time of, for instance, 15:00 it changes it to 06:00AM. If I use the increase button on the drop-down it will increase up to 12:00AM and then go right back over to 0:00AM. There also does not seem to be a button there to change to afternoon times. I am attempting to use the program to add an event to my Google calendar using Gnome calendars.

Downgrading the package to ver 3.20.2-2 allows to add afternoon times normally again so it is definitely an issue with the new version.
