Description: Weather icon is no longer displayed in mate panel with libmateweather 1.14.0. You need to upgrade to libmateweather 1.14.1 in order to get weather information to be displayed in mate panel.

Steps to reproduce:
Just install Mate 1.14, either gtk2 or gtk3 version. Try to display weather information...

Can I ask for bug closure ? Looks like it won't be fixed as there is not an official maintainer for Mate on Archlinux ?

That's not a reason to close it. As long as the package is in the repos, it is a valid report.
