DetailsDescription:
If no firefox is opened and you open a link with thunderbird a new firefox instance pops up. However it does not have a firefox icon and does not stick to the pinned firefox entry in the plank dock. Doing this with another application like pidgin opens the pinned firefox entry with the correct icon. If firefox is already open and you open a firefox link in thunderbird it will use the docked firefox entry (correct behavior). This does not happen with ubuntu 16.04 so I think its an arch related bug. Additional info: thunderbird 45.2.0-2 plank 0.11.2-1 firefox 48.0.2-1 Steps to reproduce: * open plank * stick firefox to the plank * close firefox * open thunderbird * click a link * the "broken" firefox icon instance will show up * close firefox * open firefox * click a link again * the correct icon from the already opened firefox will be used |
