Description:
when a SIO call comes in, the verbose output stops after
StatusIcon: blinking set to TRUE
and the GUI is unresponsive...
When i downgrade to 3.9.1-1, whose binary is 4272 bytes smaller, everything works fine again.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
tint2-svn-682-1-x86_64
openbox-3.6-1-x86_64
everything is up to date (but not linphone) :)
* config and/or log files etc.
nothing special...

Steps to reproduce:
1. close the call list window that pops up after start-up
2. call the SIP phone number
3. the linphone icon does not change and on left-click on the linphone icon nothing happens, but the ring tone plays

Yes, probably you need to start some notification daemon if you does not use DE like KDE or gnome.

See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Desktop_notifications
