Description: Error opening /var/log/faillog for update

sytemlog (journald) shows this message for every login
Aug 13 14:57:22 cates kcheckpass[11947]: pam_tally(kde:auth): Error opening /var/log/faillog for update

Steps to reproduce:
Just start your system,
login,
look at: journalctl -p err | grep 'kcheckpass'

Fix?:
chmod +s /usr/lib/kcheckpass
