Please add gvfs and ctags to optdepends:

optdepends=('gvfs: file deletion support'
'ctags: symbol indexing support')

Electron use gvfs to move files to the trash:

Ctags is the default recommendation for symbol indexing:

Interesting! I didn't know Atom was using a binary /usr/lib/atom/node_modules/symbols-view/vendor/ctags-linux. It requires a patch to make it use the system ctags.

Added ctags optdepends in atom-1.9.8-3.
