Please add gvfs and ctags to optdepends:

optdepends=('gvfs: file deletion support'
'ctags: symbol indexing support')

Electron use gvfs to move files to the trash:

Interesting! I didn't know Atom was using a binary /usr/lib/atom/node_modules/symbols-view/vendor/ctags-linux. It requires a patch to make it use the system ctags.

gvfs should actually be a dependency of electron. Atom calls this method http://electron.atom.io/docs/api/shell/#shellmoveitemtotrashfullpath which calls gvfs-trash https://github.com/electron/electron/blob/107d759ea265a6f8733bd7adfd21b2aebbebb6ad/atom/common/platform_util_linux.cc#L83.
