The package should be purged from the repositories and gtk-engines should provide it. lighthouseblue-gtk2 has been integrated into gtk-engines for ages now, as you can see in the theme's filelist, it still contains GTK 2.2 module dirs, which doesn't work anymore since GTK 2.4.
