DetailsDescription:
If osm-gps-map is not installed, darktable simply does not load the geotagging "view" as it's called. I think it makes sense that this be an optdep. Additional info: * package version(s) darktable 1:2.0.5-1 osm-gps-map 1.1.0-3 |
This task depends upon
[view_load_module] could not open /usr/lib/darktable/views/libmap.so (libosmgpsmap-1.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)!
[view_manager_init] failed to load view module 'map'
[lib_load_module] failed to open operation `map_settings': libosmgpsmap-1.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I manually installed osm-gps-map and darktable started up fine. Is this something on my system, or could there be an issue to having removed this dependency?
$ darktable
[view_load_module] could not open /usr/lib/darktable/views/libmap.so (libosmgpsmap-1.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)!
[view_manager_init] failed to load view module 'map'
[lib_load_module] failed to open operation `map_settings': libosmgpsmap-1.0.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
but then it starts successfully.
