Description:
Libreoffice no longer shows an appropriate splash screen when launching. Instead of the Libreoffice splash screen there is a small white box which appears for a second or two before the program launches. Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: User requested: I dug into this a little on my own. There was an option in "/etc/libreoffice/sofficerc" which got set causing the splash to be disabled. I did not merge any new config files and did not think this file should be changed otherwise so how the option was set is still a bit of a mystery. Regardless, after making some changes to it manually the problem seems to be fixed.
