Description:
After upgrading to the recent atlas-lapack-base version 3.10.3-1: Python and matplotlib cause illegal instruction errors in libcblas.so.

Additional info:
* illegal instruction: atlas-lapack-base 3.10.3-1
* working: atlas-lapack-base 3.10.2-1
* cpu flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 ht syscall nx mmxext fxsr_opt pdpe1gb rdtscp lm 3dnowext 3dnow constant_tsc rep_good nopl nonstop_tsc extd_apicid aperfmperf eagerfpu pni monitor cx16 popcnt lahf_lm cmp_legacy svm extapic cr8_legacy abm sse4a misalignsse 3dnowprefetch osvw ibs skinit wdt hw_pstate vmmcall arat npt lbrv svm_lock nrip_save pausefilter
* CPU model: AMD A8-3850
* cpuinfo attached.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Python and enter:
>>> import matplotlib.pylab
>>> pylab.plot([1,2,3,4])

Result: Illegal Instruction
libcblas.so reported in dmesg.

Workaround:
Downgrade to atlas-lapack-base 3.10.2-1 and everything works fine.
