mozilla is a make-depends.

Add somthing like:
makedepends=('mozilla')
Also, the $PKG_CONFIG_PATH must be set correctly in the PKGBUILD or fix it

export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/opt/mozilla/lib/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH
