Which appears to be correct, as far as I can see. Maybe missing deps, though?

PowerlineSymbols.otf should be enough for Linux fontconfig based rendering. We have included a fontconfig conf file to let fontconfig perfer PowerlineSymbols and fallback to the original font.
Pre-patched fonts like "Inconsolata for Powerline" are only needed on non-Linux systems.

Hello,
No PowerlineSymbols.otf is not enough for rxvt-unicode. I have included this in my .Xressources:

urxvt*font: xft:Inconsolata:size=9:antialias=true:hinting=true, xft:PowerlineSymbols:size=9

This is not enough. The Fallback on PowerlineSymbols is not working. Some other users suggested that I should
edit the line to this:

urxvt*font: xft:Inconsolata\ for\ Powerline:size=9:antialias=true:hinting=true, xft:PowerlineSymbols:size=9

But there is the problem that powerline-fonts doesn't supply fonts like inconsolata for powerline.
Seems like the powerline-fonts-git package in the AUR has it. But I would prefer to the official package.
