Details

Launching gnuradio 3.7.10-1 gives:
ImportError: No module named Cheetah.Template

Solved by installing python2-cheetah, wich is currently a makedepends.

What are you trying to run, exactly?

You must be confusing me with someone else, I was never on IRC... ;)
But you are right in that I was trying to run gnuradio-companion without having the gnuradio-companion package installed.
gnuradio in fact owns a script /usr/bin/gnuradio-companion that you can launch with python2-cheetah installed.
