Description:
mesa-12.0.0-1 ships with /usr/include/vulkan/vk_platform.h and /usr/include/vulkan/vulkan.h,
which are also shipped by vulkan-headers-1:1.0.17-1, resulting in an update conflict.

pacman -S vulkan-headers mesa
