Detailspacman -Sc removes all old versions of packages from cache.
When there are downgraded packages pacman removes them and leaves only the latest versions. IMHO this should be corrected. Either pacman -Sc should leave both downgraded (currently installed) and the latest packages in cache, or even better - pacman -Sc should leave only installed packages in cache. |

pacman -Sc leaves those package in cache, and to remove them user must use some script that scans /var/cache/pacman/pkg and finds uninstalled packages and removes them.
IMHO this feature will be very useful for newbies to make their package cache clean after installing and removing a lot of packages.
