Details

Description:
When building from abs kstart5 is present, when installing from repo's kstart5 is missing. Compiled pkg.tar.xz are not the same file size, kstart5 binary is missing from the repo build.

Additional info:
* package version: kde-cli-tools-5.6.5-1


Steps to reproduce:
Install kde-cli-tools from repo, kstart5 missing
compile from abs using the repo PKGBUILD , kstart5 is now present

Rebuilding in a clean chroot doesn't build the binary. This means it's detecting something on your system and building it. The question is, what is the missing dep?
