Description:
Currently, the only thing capable of opening gopher protocol is lynx, curl, telnet, netcat (nc), and ncat (from nmap package).

It would be nice to have gopher support configured and built in elinks binary, so that it will suffice to have elinks and be able to browse the modern web (http) and old web (gopher).

Additional info:
* elinks 0.13-16

Steps to reproduce:
Launch elinks and type some gopher url, such as 'gopher://sdf.org'
If you have lynx installed, lynx will be opened to handle gopher protocol. Otherwise, you may type some command,
such as 'curl %c' to view the gopher site.
