nx-common comes with some libs (/opt/NX/libs) which cannot be found by the nx tools (nxservice for example) because the path is not added to /etc/ld.so.conf.

Also, maybe the following should be in a separate bug-report: once the above problem is fixed, nxservice complains that it doesn't find libXcompsh.so.2 (I personally wasn't able to find this lib on my system)

the nx package itself works as it is and there is no need of adding this to ld.so.conf

I know, but for one (currently) unknown reason it doesn't work for me after the recent "big upgrade".

I'm currently away from my computer (and tried to reconnect to the nxserver) but starting the session failed. I cleaned up the install (removed sessions and stuff like that) but I'm not sure I made it entirely "new" (I'm still trying to make it work, when I have time, using ssh(). While trying to debug the problems, I've found "nxservice" command which I wasn' able to run because of the above mentioned problems.
