changelog package pages are no longer updated with latest package change

Additional info:
* since two weeks ago, more or less


Steps to reproduce:
try to open a package changelog (of a package recently updated)
i.e. https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/log/trunk?h=packages/orc
