The perl script 'sgmlspl' is required by backends\{man,texi} and helpers/docbook2{man,texi}-spec.pl, and it is provided by the package perl-sgmls.

It should be enough to add an optional dependency on perl-sgmls. It's not required for base functionality.

It works. But how about adding a reason of the depends, like "parse the output of SGML parser"?
