Description:

speed-pitch depends on libsamplerate

Steps to reproduce:

Try to use speed-pitch without libsamplerate and it will complain with the following message:

ERROR plugin-load.cc:72 [plugin_load]: /usr/lib/audacious/Effect/speed-pitch.so could not be loaded: libsamplerate.so.0: no se puede abrir el fichero del objeto compartido: No existe el fichero o el directorio
