CPUPower 4.6-2 depends on pciutils 3.5+. Error message - 'cpupower: /usr/lib/libpci.so.3: version `LIBPCI_3.5' not found (required by cpupower)'.

Confirmed.

It seems *testing* was enabled when the package was built. Maybe because *perl*
was in *testing*. I thought *staging* was added to avoid such side effects!

Anyway, installing testing/pciutils fixes the issue as expected.

Confirmed. Same output in terminal as original bug. Upgrading to pciutils-3.5.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz from testing also fixed issue.

Confirmed. Building the package from ABS (without testing) fixes the isue.
