Building from ABS fails if kdesignerplugin is not installed.

package version: 5.6.4-1 PKGBUILD from ABS



Call Stack (most recent call first):

/usr/lib64/cmake/KF5KDELibs4Support/KF5KDELibs4SupportConfig.cmake (version 5.22.0)
Reason given by package: KF5KDELibs4Support could not be found because dependency KF5DesignerPlugin could not be found.



Same problem with plasma-workspace and konsole PKGBUILDs from ABS.
Maybe some more KDE packages, but I've not tried any others.
