Description:
boincmgr stopped working recently. Program outputs error message and exits

Error reported:
12:19:25: Warning: Mismatch between the program and library build versions detected.
The library used 3.0 (wchar_t,compiler with C++ ABI 1009,wx containers,compatible with 2.8),
and your program used 3.0 (wchar_t,compiler with C++ ABI 1010,wx containers,compatible with 2.8).

That warning is generally harmless. You get no other output?

I solved it, seems there was lockfile of some sort left in the home directory
"BOINC\ Manager-username"
After deleting this, boincmgr started.
Don't know why this happened.
