Autoconf scripts only need sh, not bash. So please change
the dependency accordingly.

Hrm.... Last time I check, despite having a /bin/sh shebang, there
were bashisms in the autoconf script. Will need to check if that
has changed.
I checked for bashisms, too. There is only the usr/bin/autoconf
shell script, all others are perl scripts. No bashisms in this
one. But a second look wouldn't hurt.
