Summary and Info:

When upgrading Linux, it is necessary to reboot. I think it should be fairly easy for `pacman` to remind users to do this, and could save some headaches. The downside is it makes `pacman` more complicated. Anyway, I humbly submit this suggestion to the experts. Thank you.
