installed seamonkey 2.40-1 with all optional deps
Optional Deps : gst-plugins-base: vorbis decoding, ogg demuxing [installed]
gst-plugins-bad: aac, vp8 and opus decoding [installed]
gst-plugins-good: webm and mp4 demuxing [installed]
gst-plugins-ugly: h.264 decoding [installed]


can not play any Twitter embedded video,
show label "this browser does not support video playback"

firefox-46.0.1-1 on this same system works fine, no any problem with video playback

Works for me with the latest version (seamonkey 2.49.1-1). Probably it's already fixed.
