Packages in kde-unstable are meant to be installed by users for testing, so there's no reason why they should be hidden in the packages view.

Nobody seems to be taking care of archweb at the moment. I'm guessing this is just changing the "staging" property in main/fixtures/repos.json? A patch *might* get further.

This was marked as staging again since having it as [testing] causes other issues (packages showing up on signoff page). Reopening until a better solution is found. Perhaps a dedicated category for unstable repos?
