Description:
I reported the issue upstream, but thought it should be documented here as well. Additional info: * systemd-229-3 * https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/3259 Steps to reproduce: The problem does not happen consistently. Usually simply powering off and on again will boot successfully. |

Additional comments about closing: Not Arch's bug, and certainly not a packaging bug. Reporter can continue feedback with upstream (probably not systemd, even) if this is still a problem.
