Would it be possible to split backgrounds into separate package?
They are just extra wallpapers but take roughly 20MB!! and the rest is just 3,5MB or something.
What's more, they don't change so it's much more to download.
This task depends upon

This would typically be done with a split package, which means the pkgver and pkgrel would change along with the regular package. You wouldn't save anything in downloads.

At least then enlightenment-backgrounds? would be optional dependency and I wouldn't even install it. ;-)
Useless extra wallpapers... anyway, just a thought.

Edit: As far as I can see, those *.edj background are just copied to usr/share/enlightenment/data/backgrounds/ so enlightenment package could remove the backgrounds and another new separate package enlightenment-backgrounds? which would have just wallpapers?
