Description:

Bluetooth not working after waking up from suspend since updating to kernel 4.5.1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Suspend computer.
2. Wait for about 5 minutes,
3. Wake up computer
4. Bluetooth not working.

5. to make it working again I have to:
- systemctl restart bluetooth.service

Don't know if you did something in this case, but from last week update bluetooth is working as expected again.
