Description:
I am trying to migrate from AUR to this community package. However, this migration is far from "smooth". I have chown the folders to git but still getting the error at the end of installation:

rake aborted!
LoadError: cannot load such file -- /usr/share/webapps/gitlab/config/application
/usr/share/webapps/gitlab/Rakefile:5:in `require'
/usr/share/webapps/gitlab/Rakefile:5:in `<top (required)>'

Additional info:
* package version: 8.7.2-1
* config and/or log files etc.
