The New Zealand mirror mirror.xnet.co.nz is no longer updating and should probably be removed from the mirrorlist

Steps to Reproduce:
Check out http://mirror.xnet.co.nz/pub/archlinux/core/os/x86_64/

The timestamp on the core.db file is the 18th of April.
