Description:

fish-shell allows configurable extra directories for additional plugins, functions and completions from third-parties.
Use the "extra-completionsdir" option when configuring fish.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a fish plugin like fry that adds functionality to fish by using fish's vendor directories (/usr/share/fish/vendor_functions.d, etc.).
2. Start a new fish shell
3. Try and invoke the "fry" command
4. Command is not found

It doesn't look like this is available in 2.2.0, correct?
