mirror.neuf.no/archlinux now has ssl support.

So the mirror can now be reached with:

http://mirror.neuf.no/archlinux
https://mirror.neuf.no/archlinux
rsync://mirror.neuf.no/archlinux

We also wish to apply to become a tier 1 mirror, if possible.

I've added the https url.

As for tier 1, your mirror looks good and I don't see any problems in the past. Could you tell me which IPs you use to sync so I can whitelist them? Also how much bandwidth does your mirror have?

The IP is 158.36.190.238 and the bandwidth is 1 Gbit/s.

Thank you, I've updated you to tier 1. Please switch to one of the *_tier1 modules on "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org". You'll probably want "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1". Please reply once you have done that so I can close this report.
