Description:
The newest version of util-linux seems to pack bash-completion files, which conflicts with those in the actual bash-completion package.

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
util-linux: /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/mount exists in filesystem
util-linux: /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/umount exists in filesystem
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/mount is owned by bash-completion 2.1-5

Additional info:
* util-linux-2.28-1

Steps to reproduce:

Update util-linux with bash-completion installed (what I've tested), or install bash-completion with util-linux-2.28-1 (should behave the same).

I'm not sure if this means that util-linux shouldn't package these files, or that bash-completion should stop providing these files now that util-linux has them, but I'll defer that to those who know better than I do.
