Issue solved by splitting the firefox-theme-adwaita package in firefox-theme-gnome 45.1-2 and firefox-theme-gnome-tweak 42.1-1 packages
The package firefox-theme-adwaita was replaced by firefox-theme-gnome
The GNOME Theme Tweak extension was moved in the firefox-theme-gnome-tweak package
