In PKGBUILD/build() the configure script gets called with --with-libav-extra-configure="...", which can be removed as it only affect builds with the internal libav (snapshot in gst-libav-1.8.0/gst-libs/ext/libav). The package has been bouncing between external and internal ffmpeg in the past. The option should stay, since it doesn't hurt.
