Description:

Previously, mpv was built with support for encoding audio and video; the latest version is not. To fix, pass '--enable-encoding' to './waf configure'.

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to run mpv with any encoding option, such as

mpv --oac=help

Alternately, specify an encoding profile in "${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-$HOME/.config}/mpv/encoding-profiles.conf" and then run mpv, noting error output. Example:

[mkv]
ovc = libx264
ovcopts-add = preset=slow,tune=film,crf=21,profile=high
oac = libopus
oacopts = b=128k
oacopts-add = application=audio

The default has been changed to disabled for possible API breakage. We should be fine to (re)enable as long as things compile... And the default has been changed in git, again.
