Description:
The new update breaks gtk3

Shows the following error: (gtk3-demo:1095): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:1:66: Failed to import: The resource at '/org/numixproject/gtk-3.20/dist/gtk.css' does not exist

The GTK theme needs scss in ruby-sass to compile.

Note that ruby-sass is not in our repo.
