Description:
When the gdm package is installed, a gdm user and group are created, as per post_install [1]. The user and group are not removed when the package is uninstalled. Is this the desired behaviour? I ask because we recently had [2] added to the GDM wiki page. The polipo package takes the approach of removing the user and group in post_remove [3]. Perhaps that is the approach that should be taken for gdm as well?
