UTF-8 showbreak doesn't work with error

Error detected while processing /home/wolfie/.vimrc:
line 67:
E595: contains unprintable or wide character: showbreak=↪

Additional info:
* version: 7.4.1639-1
* NOTE: it works fine in 7.4.1529-1
* config:
* .vimrc attached

Steps to reproduce:
1) start vim using provided .vimrc
