Description:
When I click on a link in a browser a new process of kde-open5 and kmailservice5 start and consume a cpu each.
If you click on the link again, because nothing happend you start killing your system by overloading it.

I am currently downloading the updates which became online while I wrote this report.

Additional info:
* plasma-desktop 5.6.0-1
* chromium 49.0.2623.110-1
* none, system crashed


Steps to reproduce:
1. have plasma installed, but no kmail configured
2. click any mailto:some@where.net link in a browser several time
3. wait for the system to heat up and freeze.
