What GTK2 theme? Have you tried a different one?

I tried. It doesn't work with any GTK theme and any icon theme. On IRC somebody confirmed the issue running Gnome 3.

It's now fixed somehow, I didn't do anything.

Probably it was because linphone does not update icon cache after installation. I think it should be fixed soon by hooks in pacman v5.0, so I just close this bug.
